I am pleased to let you know that I have consulted your concern to Mr. Matsuzaki.
Since it was bought 10 years ago, he may not have the parts that your scissor needs.
However, he wants your problem to be solved as much as we can.
We would appreciate if you would send your scissor to us and by then, he could check if he could repair it.
We cannot give you the specifics on how long it would take but we will do our best.
