Nobody has set eyes on him for many years, but as promised Mr Matsuzaki still repairs each pair of scissors returned to him. How does he recieve the scissors sent to him from around the world? Well it is said that the scissors are to be returned to him wraped in bamboo leaves and placed on top of a specified rock. Two weeks after this is done the scissors are to be found there, repaired as if new.
